Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated delivery time: 7-12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or periods of high shipping volume.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Kismet Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections or clearance
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Kismet Supplies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Kismet Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
